What is Assetra AI?
Assetra AI is an all-in-one content creation platform for creators who want to move faster. You can generate scripts, create images, produce voiceovers, add captions, build AI videos, and assemble complete social-ready video outputs — all from a single workspace.
What features are included with a plan?
Depending on your active plan, you can access script generation, bulk image generation, text-to-speech with local-accent voices, captions, AI video generation, and complete video workflows up to 12 minutes. Every plan also includes access to the premium Google Flow browser extension for bulk image generation and consistent image scenes.
Plans and billing
Do I need a paid plan to use Assetra AI?
Yes. Assetra AI is a subscription-based platform. You can browse available plans before signing up. Feature availability and output limits vary by plan.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period — canceling does not remove access immediately. Your subscription simply will not renew. Any unused credits from that period expire when plan access ends.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment attempt fails, your account access, plan status, or feature availability may be restricted until billing is resolved. You can update your payment details from the billing section of your profile.
Credits
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are usage units that meter your activity on the platform — each generation or workflow action costs a set number of credits. Credits are not cash and cannot be redeemed for money.
Do unused credits carry over to the next billing cycle?
No. Subscription credits renew with each billing cycle, and any unused credits expire at the end of the active billing period or when plan access ends.
Can I buy extra credits on top of my plan?
Credit topups may be available depending on your active plan. Topup purchases are treated as final once delivered to your account.
Generations and outputs
What should I do if a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a platform issue on Assetra's side, you may be able to retry the step without additional credit charges. Contact support through the channels available in your account and include the relevant job or generation details so we can review it.
Will I get credits back if a generation fails?
It depends on the cause. If the failure was caused by a platform issue Assetra controls, we may allow a free retry. If it was linked to a third-party AI provider that charged for the attempt — or was caused by a prompt-policy or safety-policy violation — credits may not be restored. Should I review AI-generated content before publishing?
Yes. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on, publishing, or commercializing it.
Content and acceptable use
Can I use any voice, image, or likeness in my content?
No. You must have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis for any voice, likeness, personal data, or third-party content you provide to the platform. Using voices or likenesses without appropriate rights is prohibited.
What kinds of content are not allowed?
You may not use Assetra AI to create unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or fraudulent content — including misleading deepfakes, impersonation scams, or content that violates provider safety rules. See the Acceptable Use policy for the full list.
Privacy and data
What data does Assetra AI collect?
We collect account details, billing information, the prompts and files you submit, generated outputs, and usage logs. This data is used to operate the service, process your requests, manage billing, prevent abuse, and improve the platform.
Are my prompts and uploads shared with third parties?
Some features rely on third-party AI and processing providers. Prompt or media content may be transmitted to those providers as part of delivering the workflow you requested. Payment data is handled by third-party payment processors. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I get help with a billing or account issue?
Use the support channels available inside your Assetra account or through official Assetra communications tied to your account. When reporting a failed generation, include the job, generation, or billing details so we can review it as quickly as possible.
