Terms that govern your use of Assetra AI.

Assetra AI provides software tools for AI-assisted content generation and media processing. Features may include script generation, image generation, text-to-speech, captions, AI video generation, and complete video workflows, depending on the active plan, feature availability, and supported providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, and any activity that occurs through your login or connected payment profile. You must provide accurate billing and account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You may not use Assetra AI for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, or harmful conduct. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the media you upload, the voices, likenesses, and music you choose to use, and the final content you publish or distribute.

You must have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis necessary for any source material, brand references, personal data, or third-party content you provide to the platform.

Assetra AI uses a mix of internal workflows and third-party services, including AI model providers, processing infrastructure, cloud storage, and payment processors. Output quality, availability, speed, and safety filtering may vary and may be affected by third-party provider rules or outages.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, blocked, or unsuitable for your use case. You should review all outputs before relying on, publishing, or commercializing them.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Billing may be handled through third-party payment processors that support the currencies, payment methods, and regional options available for your account at checkout.

If you cancel a subscription set to end at the close of the billing period, your access ordinarily continues until the current paid period ends unless stated otherwise by law or a separate written offer. If payment fails, account access, plan status, or feature availability may be restricted until billing is resolved.

Credits are usage units that allow access to metered platform actions. Credits are not cash, are not a banked balance, and do not represent stored monetary value.

Subscription credits renew with each active billing cycle. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing period or when plan access ends. Extra topups, if offered, remain subject to the pricing, currency, and usage rules presented at purchase.

If a generation fails because of a platform-side issue inside Assetra-controlled orchestration, we may allow a retry or regeneration flow without charging you additional credits for that retry.

If a third-party AI provider charges for an attempted request but does not deliver an output, credits may not be restored when the provider-side charge is non-reversible or the failure is linked to prompt-policy or safety-policy violations. Background music features are only provided as part of supported video-related workflows. Assetra AI does not provide background music as a standalone music-download or licensing marketplace for separate resale, redistribution, or off-platform catalog use.

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features, providers, plans, credit costs, and supported workflows from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature or third-party dependency.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, non-payment, infringement, misuse of third-party systems, or a violation of these terms or related policies.

Assetra AI is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every commercial, creative, or legal use case.
