How Assetra AI handles account, usage, and generation data.

We may collect information such as:

• Billing details and subscription metadata associated with your plan or purchases.
• Prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, and workflow settings you submit.
• Usage logs, job history, device or browser signals, and abuse-prevention telemetry.

• Authenticate users and maintain accounts.
• Process generations, media workflows, and background tasks.
• Manage subscriptions, credits, checkout, and payment reconciliation.

Assetra AI relies on third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, cloud infrastructure, file storage, media processing, analytics, customer support, and AI generation. Information may be shared with those providers when needed to deliver the service you requested.

For example, payment-related data may be processed by payment providers used at checkout, and prompt or media content may be transmitted to AI or processing providers involved in a requested workflow.

Prompts, uploads, and generated results may be stored and processed so we can run jobs, display results, support retries, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and maintain the expected user experience of the platform.

Assetra AI offers browser extensions, including Flow Studio, that operate on specifically supported websites such as Google Flow. These extensions may access and process information needed to provide user-requested features, including the active supported page or project URL, generation requests, prompts, uploaded reference files, generated media, and workflow status.

Our extensions may use Google identity information, including your name, email address, profile information, and authentication tokens, to sign you in and connect the extension to your Assetra AI account. Authentication tokens may be stored temporarily or locally in your browser to maintain your session.

The extensions may also store preferences, project state, usage information, and a randomly generated installation identifier used for security, abuse prevention, and usage-limit enforcement. They do not collect general browsing history or access unrelated websites.

Extension data is used only to authenticate users, perform requested content-generation and media workflows, maintain project state, provide support, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. Data may be transmitted to Google Flow, Assetra AI, cloud storage, AI generation providers, and other service providers when necessary to complete a workflow requested by the user.

We keep records related to subscriptions, topups, credit grants, deductions, expiries, refunds, and related audit trails as needed for platform operations, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, investigate misuse, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are also responsible for protecting your account credentials and authorized access to your devices.

Because Assetra AI and its service providers may operate in multiple regions, your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence where permitted by applicable law.
