Copyright and Music Use

Rules for intellectual property complaints and background music use.

This page explains how Assetra AI handles copyright concerns and how background music features may be used inside supported workflows.

1. Respect for rights

You must only upload, reference, transform, or publish content for which you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or legal basis. That includes scripts, imagery, voice material, likenesses, video footage, and any third-party media included in your workflow.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content available through Assetra AI infringes your copyright or other protectable rights, please submit a complaint through Assetra's official support channels with enough detail for review, including the work at issue, the allegedly infringing material, and the basis of your claim.

3. Counter-notices and review

Where appropriate, we may request additional information, remove or restrict access to material, or permit a counter-notice process consistent with applicable law and our internal review procedures.

4. Background music policy

Background music on Assetra AI is made available only as part of supported video or caption-related workflows. Users may add music to videos generated or processed through the platform, but Assetra AI does not provide a standalone music library for separate download, resale, redistribution, or unrelated stock-audio use.

The background music feature is intended to support completed video outputs inside the platform. Users remain responsible for ensuring the final use of any output complies with platform rules, campaign requirements, commercial terms, and applicable law.

5. Repeat infringement and misuse

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement claims, repeated rights abuse, or misuse of background music, voice, or media workflows.
